CSLE/New Culture of Learning Reflection
There will be times when students are not going to be naturally interested in how class is running or provide the feedback in maintaining a level of understanding. We, as the professional, should strive to build relationships to create significant learning environments.
Nine months ago, I stated in my Learning Manifesto that I believed that all students are capable of learning. I stated it was my belief there are teachers who tend to “stray away from using technology whether because the lack of training, too much training, or a push back to technology.”
Authentic Learning and Outcomes reflection
I believe it is important to give students a beginning whether that’s showing different techniques to create a movie or even having a discussion of what is needed to provide that spark in the thought process.
Growth tends to be muddled when dealing with the system of knowledge and following the same patterns; however, it is vital to change how the thoughts have impacted one’s greatness. A growth mindset builds into my spirit “the glass is half-full.”
Growth Mindset PlanUpdate/Addition
We can no longer believe what we cannot do; however, be able to survive through adaptation. This generation of student will forever be changed by what is happening outside their door and inside the house. This is the makings of something extraordinary and those with the growth mindset will be able to lead the way.
